For a long time, the world felt distant to me, as if I was experiencing life differently from everyone around me without understanding why. Receiving an autism diagnosis changed that. It did not place a label on who I am; it gave meaning to the way I see, feel, and experience the world. What once felt confusing slowly became something I could embrace.
Since then, both I and my photography have grown together. What once made me feel disconnected has become part of the way I move through the world with honesty and understanding. Photography became more than capturing images; it became a reflection of learning to see myself differently.
